"Great Service"
From the moment of arrival to departure (3 days later) the service by the Hotel personnel
was some of the best ever. They were available when needed always smiling and had
something nice to say.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk staff demonstrated exceptional customer service
and even escorted me to the nearby elevators, asking me to call them for any additional
needs. The following morning, I was greeted in the hallway by a caring, smiling
housekeeper. It’s true that customer service is 90% employee attitude, and I thought they
did pretty well with this. With all the news about Gainesville
I found things safer than we expected and that was an added nice surprise.

have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Being in the meeting planning business for
years and I have to say the Quality Inn Gaineasville and their staff are top notch.

“I cannot tell you enough how impressed I was by the professionalism and hospitality of
your staff. They made this experience better for me and my husband. In a day and age
where there does not seem to be enough emphasis on customer service, I felt the front
desk staff to be exceptionally competent, friendly, and helpful. It was certainly noted and

“Best Stay”
Stayed at the Quality Inn Gainesville two weekends in a row on business. I thought it was
great business hotel. It was quiet and friendly. They had WIFI in the lobby. The rooms
were nice also.

The location was convenient-only a few minutes from the airport. Extremely helpful
employees.
Hotel needs work but the rooms are nice and clean. We would stay here again.
